For saved tenants, our emphasis is on Discipleship

  • Relationship with God
  • Prayer
  • Reading of God's Word
  • Worship
  • Witness and testimony

Our theme verse for saved tenants is 2 Timothy 3:15-17: "...and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."

For unsaved tenants our emphasis is on Evangelism
  • Romans 3:23: "...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
  • Romans 6:23: "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
  • Romans 10:9-10: "...that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
  • Romans 10:14-15: "How then shall they call on Him on whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: 'How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good thing!'"
  • 1 Corinthians 15:1-4: "Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which I also received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you - unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures..."
  • Acts 4:12: "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."
  • John 20:31: "But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have eternal life in His name."

For all tenants, we reach out to the elderly in Encouragement, Hope and Love.

Here are some tools to help you.

  • Encouragement: Lamentations 3:22-26 - "Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. 'The Lord is my portion,' says my soul, 'Therefore I hope in Him!' the Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him. It is good that one should hope and wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.
  • Hope:
    • Hebrews 6:19-20 - "This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the presence behind the veil, where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become the High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek."
    • Hebrews 12:1-2 - "Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."
    • Romans 5:1-5 - "Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God had been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
  • Love:
    • John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
    • 1 John 4:7-11 - Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another."
    • 1 Corinthians 13:13 - "And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love."
